Enlighting read!

The world is always telling us the next thing we should do , or buy or wear. Our daily lives are bombarded by advertisements and people telling us what we need to do. You feel the need to please them all and become sucked dry from overexertion. Sometimes we do things that dont align with who we are just to fit in. I have found myself in these situations and I want to learn how to avoid it. I feel I have either too many boundaries or not enough. This book has opened my mind to what I can do. I love how compassionate this author is on the subject. I feel like I have my own personal coach in my corner helping me out.
I loved the idea of educating others on how you want to be treated, people just dont know how to treat others any more. The 6 essential boundaries were a great stepping stones to empower myself and live the life I wanted. It was also nice to have a section on adapting as life evolves. A life changer when your emotions get the better of you. Plus the 21 day balanced boundaries challenge is genius. A great read for those needing guidance to reclaim their personal boundaries.
